We present the MYLIE armchair-bergere, in WHITE color with legs in natural wood color. The high backrest with a beautiful opening at the back, and its \u201cbucket\u201d design, give a special beauty to the armchair in combination, of course, with the high-quality boucle fabric. The seat is comfortable in response to the character of the armchair, while the characteristic of this armchair is that it sports strong curves both high on the back and on the arms. It is modern, combining style and comfort, and you can place it next to the fireplace, in a window or even in your bedroom, and let yourself be embraced by it.<\/p>\n

Mini Story: The story of the Bergere (see bergere) begins somewhere in 1720, in the salons of the Palace of Versailles during the time of Louis XV, where it was considered the seat of the nobles and the upper class. Its construction from special wood, combined with the luxurious fabrics of the time, gave it the feeling of a throne. From its early years it was considered the \u201cqueen\u201d of seating, both for the privacy it offered with its open arms, high back and turned sides, and for its dominance of the space as a decorative element. The Bergere armchair changed its appearance over the years (depending on the season and fashion). Dressed in floral fabrics, leather, many different patterns with various textures, even Chesterfield. Although over the years we have seen variations of the bergere design, like dressed arms, higher backrests, bigger cushions, the basic idea of the large, comfortable armchair has never changed. A big comfortable armchair is often better than a whole sofa.<\/p>\n

CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:
\nThe wooden frame of the armchair is extremely sturdy and durable.
\nThe legs are wooden, which also gives resistance to weight and time, while at the bottom they have plastic caps to protect the floor and the legs themselves from moisture.
\nThe “fillings” of the armchair, both on the backrest and on the seat, are made of medium hardness foam materials that offer premium body support.
\nThe whole armchair is upholstered with high-quality boucle fabric. This is any fabric that has a knot-curl in its weave. It is made of almost all raw materials (although it is usually synthetic) with special knotted threads or highly twisted threads, so that it has a curly surface. It does not wrinkle and can be plain, melange, checkered or tweed.<\/p>\n

MAINTENANCE:
\nYou can wipe the boucle fabric with a vacuum cleaner, while in case of stains use a slightly wet cloth.<\/p>\n
